The hottest new spring fitness looks and gear will be popping up at Spring Training at Dilworth Park. The Spring Training Retail Guide is an online collection showcasing local retailers’ specials and promotions for fitness-related purchases. Participating retailers include Under Armour, Athleta, New Balance, and Philadelphia Runner. Check the website each week for new fitness tips from trainers from Optimal Sport Health Clubs, and for updates on new promotions in local shops.

Plus, all season long, you can fuel up with healthy offerings from the Dilworth Park Café. Rehydrate with a refreshing fruited agua fresco. Grab a fresh salad or healthy snack to refuel after your sweat session, for lunch or dinner. The café is open this spring from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, and 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday.
